Internship as Field Service Engineer

Mission

Provide on-site technical service and support in case of problems/malfunctions and
proactively with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot allocated problems
Provide on-site technical support
Pick and receive spare parts that are required for the resolution of the problem, in
close collaboration with the Help Desk Engineers and the warehouse
Responsible for the return of the spare parts/materials, that were not used or are out
of order, to the warehouse
Check the spare parts to be used in the resolution of the problem
Maintain and check that the vehicles are in good condition
Collaborate with teams for other company projects
Inform back office
Build trust with clients, communicate special requirements, and inform the team
regarding any variances in terms of contract

Prerequisites
University/College student in Computer Science, Information Technology or a relevant field
Good knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
Driving license Α’/Β’ category
